Thank you. I caught it quite by accident while I was riding my bike. Worst of all, it was pouring down raining, and then I got trapped behind this bridge. Then I realized I had never seen this bridge open, so I hurried up and whipped out my camera. I was just a lucky shot at an opportune moment and I just happened to be at the right place at the right time.
